This was a good game. REALLY. sure, the warathas didn't play all that good, but please note, MOST of the handling errors came from huge pressure from the Bulls.

If the Bulls can carry on with the form they have shown in the last two games, we might just win the last 3 games on tour. Altough I have to say that this weeks game is going to be TOUGH!!

I must admit, the Sharks plays the best from all SA teams, followed by the Bulls, and this coming from a Stormers man.

Those Stormers just cant seem to get it right. They're more up and down than a 80's Coca Cola red yo-yo!!!

No, don't get me wrong, the sharks ARE the best at the moment and any idiot that didn't watch rugby since the 1950's could see that by just looking at the log.

I was just being sarcastic towards rusty3280 for making such a... geez... i don't even know what to call his comment...

"The Crusaders have just come out of a bye, and have only one game left - against the Bulls in Wellington this week - before they are able to field six of their frontline players again; players such as Richie McCaw, Dan Carter, Chris Jack and Aaron Mauger will all be ready to explode back into action.

Now don't kill me  - I know how aggressive guys get when we lasses dis rugby but can you tell me what the appeal is? I understand the rules, read books on the subject, watched - or at least tried to- the games, even let my son play it for a year in grade 3. I can fathom that it is exciting - but why all the hype?

It is dangerous, rough, beastly sometimes. Why do calm, normal people like it so much. You give up entire days for it. Wake up early to watch it. Please tell. Cricket and soccer I get - Rugby not. :D

I'd much rather watch a rugby game than a cricket match (Exept Pro 20)

It's much faster, only about 90 mins. Not a whole day, or FIVE for the Tests

Your last statement should answer your own question!

So, you can understand that people can give up an entire day (or 5 in a cricket test) for the 1 match, but you can't get why people would do the same for Rugby?

It's all a matter of taste.

Personally, I like Rugby, and I hate soccer, but that doesn't make rugby any more worthy of a sport than Soccer. Soccer just doesn't appeal to my taste.

:D Finally - a sane person. I am so glad that you see it that way. The moment I say I don't like Rugby, I get attacked - and not in the fun way. :D

Thanks then it is the violence that gets you?

No, I just like the style and the movement, but also only when it's a good match. If the teams screw up, and don't let the game flow, then I don't like the game, but when the people are playing with style, I enjoy seeing it.
I feel the same way about MY main sport, Ballroom Dancing. When a couple dances the dance terribly, I get annoyed, and I don't like it. But when they have a great style.... I Love it.

Those reasons I understand.

That I can appreciate. My dad was a ballroom dancing champ in his day. I love watching. Personally can't put one foot in front of the other. :D
