Robot Chicken!
Hey guys,
Has anoybody seen the Robot Chicken animations?
It's very controversial, and some groups might find it offensive, but as a Christian I look at things differently to some other Christians I know who look down upon it, I find it highly entertaining, if a bit ridiculous at times...
So anybody else seen it, or watch it?

JUSTICE, n A commodity which is a more or less adulterated condition the State sells to the citizen as a reward for his allegiance, taxes and personal service.
Well not necessarily offend normal Christians, but you know those OVER christian types that take everything out of context, and I speak from experience having people tell me it's completely wrong... And I'm a Christian, so I welcome anybody who has something to say.
Anyway, it's just a bunch of funny cartoons, made in the same way as something like South Park, like clay animation if you know what I mean, but WAY funnier than SP...
Google for it to get more info... If you're unable to get any of them, I can mail you the first season on DVD if you want?

Here is a nice explanation...
"Robot Chicken is an American stop motion animated television series created by Stoop!d Monkey and Sony Pictures Digital, currently airing in America as a part of Cartoon Network's Adult Swim lineup, in Britain, the Bravo's Adult Swim lineup, and in Canada on Teletoon's Detour nightly adult programming. It premiered on Sunday, February 20, 2005. Seth Green and Matthew Senreich are the creators and executive producers of the show. They are also on the writing team, provide the majority of voices, and have even directed a few episodes.
Robot Chicken is a variety show that parodies a number of pop culture conventions using stop motion animation of toys, action figures, dolls, and claymation and various other objects, such as tongue depressers. The show's name was inspired by a dish on the menu at a Chinese restaurant where Green and Senreich had dined."

Whadya think i`m a schmuk?
Yep, I must say, I mean they have a show within SP called "Jesus and Friends", which even I think is really making fun of the Christian religion, but mention his own religion and then he has a problem with it...jamin_za wrote:Yeah, I heard about that...
Die in a fire Isaac Hayes, you hypocrite.
The guy had no problem making fun of Christians, Muslims, Jews etc.
But let SP do an episode on his crack-pot little cult and his panties are suddenly all twisted...
Survivor: Yeah that's the one, the episode with the Hulk is the first one I saw, and couldn't stop after that...
It has bugger all to do with bugger all, that's the beauty of it...Bobendren wrote:I've watched a few episodes. Still don't understand what the robot chicken has to do with anything. Anyway, it's teh funnay!
