Cool Car Experiences

Post by Kronos »

Well, I think this deserves a new thread.

The Idea will be to tell us about your coolest car experiences, and to post pics if it is at all possible.

I'll start, since I just had one of the coolest experiences, and It's getting even better later in the weekend.

I sat behind the wheel of THE ONLY Aston Martin DB9 in the country today! :D
Later the weekend I will be taken for a spin, since there wasn't enough time today when he came around.

A friend's dad bought himself the DB9 a few weeks ago, and it's just absolutely an amazing car.

Obviously no one would let you drive their DB9, but I did get to rev it up a bit, and trust me, even as low as at 2000 RPM you can feel the 6l V12 vibrating.
I'll post pics when I get back later this weekend. :D

i once got to go round kialami race track in the
passanger seat of a mazarati during the ferrari day there.
i almost shat myself coming round on of the corners as the professional driver did like 800km/h, i thought we were going into the wall for sure.

that was sweet

I went down to Durban for Easter weekend last week. A friend got his new Focus ST on Saturday. What an experience when that turbo kicks in!

Driving in a Opel SuperBOSS 2.0L 16Valve is a good one espesially when weight reductions have been done and an aditional Turbo has been added plus nitros :D

And then just to find after a good straight that the motor has just blown :(
