Anyway, jamin you played action soccer? You must have been dead tired after playing. People that are new to it, always struggle. You do know I have been played for two teams in two league for the past 6 years? Trust me, we've had much worse defeats than 13-9. You play at Gale Street?

Nah at the moment I only have those three inked. The small dragon one was the first tattoo I had done, when I was 19. It's just a special little celtic dragon that I designed myself. And yep, the Elvish one says "twin" and the other one is Mjollnir, Thors Hammer. I had that done in Denmark, as a reminder of that country, because I loved it so much. I do intend to get more.
Of course I didn't show all my piercings though
The most painful of the lot were the 8mm flesh tunnels. Those hurt like f**k - I actually had to be given sugar water and had to stay seated in the piercers chair for about 20 minutes because I went into such a state of shock from the pain - I had the holes stretched up too quickly (against their warnings) and ended up having both my lobes torn. They're still not 100% healed, and it's been over 18 months since I had it done.

We DO need more cowbel!
Am I the only one who thought that the cowbell was really good for the song?

Not just because the MORTUARY is just down the road either.
That is the toughest place to play.
People break bones there.
I play in the action cricket league at the arena in Rinaldo Rd.
Our inter department action soccer tournament is being played at Game City in Umgeni Rd, our last round-robin game is tomorrow night. The quarter, semi and finals on Sunday will be held at the Eskom ground near Edwin Swales Dr. If we can just draw Friday's game we will be through.
It is hectic playing indoor soccer - a big strain on my rusty groin muscles

Hey jamin, what's wrong with Gale Street? Other than it being one of the most dangerous places in Durban? "From the hood and up to no good".
Yeah Rinaldo Road is cool, been to a few Action Lans there. Action Cricket is so fun, but seems very expensive compared to soccer. Ah, Game City is also great too, played there a few times there as well. Also went to Action Lans there as well.
Well done to your department, does the rest of your team actually play sober? And I'm assuming there's betting involved?
Where is the Edwin Swales one though? Never heard of it. Is it near where Action Traction used to be or by Makro Rossburgh?

Yeah, but with good exercise it becomes a lot easier.jamin wrote:hectic playing indoor soccer - a big strain on my rusty groin muscles

I have played at Gale street a few times.
Maybe I'm mistaken, but the guys there play a much more physical game than anywhere else.
As for our office contest - we have Won 1, Lost 1 and if we win on Friday, we are going to the next round.
Here is a map to the Escombe (Not Eskom) grounds.
It's outdoors, but we are dividing the ground into 4 fields .
We'll be having a braai and swaai as well

Ahhh... know I see where it is. Not that I know Queenburgh all that well.
Good luck for your game, and enjoy the braai as well. Sounds fun.

I just owned some prank callers!
They called my cellphone while I was driving home from work and started singing a song from the South Park movie.
The one sung by Mr. Garrison about drug addiction.
♫You dont have to spend your life addicted to crack
Homeless on the streets giving handjobs for smack♪
I started singing it along with them.
I dont know how many people they plan on pranking tonight, but it was hell funny.
I have no idea who they are, though....
...there are a few people in these forums with my cell number - if any of you guys pranked me fess-up, I aint mad.....
