Well lets see, a couple of my hobbies are:
Fishkeeping: i've got 2 huge tanks and also have a Koi pond in the making and its soon to be complete.
Gaming: If i ain't got nuttin' better to do then i just switch on the computer
Soccer: This was my one and only hobbie, i even made it up to provincial level but then it just started to fade away, also the pressure of my Bigot parents who believe sport would'nt take me anywere without a good education. But i still play first chance i get!
Riding: I ride my Bike(125cc Scooter) whenever i need to unwind and need some power at fingers and wind in my hair!

Thats just a few things that keep me occupied, had alot more hobbies but all seem to have fallen away what with matric and all!
Peace Out! :D

well Gaming (its become an obsession :P )
kart racing,
and a little photography (until recently my camera broke :( ),
and i read alot, some of my favourite authors at the moment are David Eddings,Michael A. Stackpole and Ralph Peters. Mostly "Fantasy Sci-Fi" and WW2 stuff.

other than that i build models (mostly F1/car models) ...in my spare time  (or rather try to, ive got a couple of half-finished ones lying around :P )

(whilst not really a hobby "Formula 1" seems to be taking up more and more of my time :) )

Firstly, I have an idea for Cammie, I used to run a RC Hobby shop.

Since your hand-eye co-ordination must be good, how about learning to fly a RC aeroplaine or race a RC car. I used to race the cars in a club, it is quite a serious sport. And Amazing fun.

OR
Build a scale model ship, a wood one, they have starter ones.

Just a thought

AngryRabbit - I was raised on David Copperfield(+ David Blaine), it has become somewhat of an obsession.

I bought a R/C glider kit but never got the R/C itself - haven't even gotten around to building the thing yet - maybe I should. Hmmmm....nice idea, Storm :-)

Oh, I forgot - I'm a huge Clive Cussler fan - have you ever been to the Hunley website?

The Hunley was a Confederate submarine that sank twice, killing its crew both times (and its designer) before the third crew made the first-ever successful sinking of a warship - but sank themselves on the return voyage. Clive Cussler found the submarine and raised it.

Gliders r the most difficult to fly next to helicopters. You should go to whitehills flying club, they should be helpfull.

It's expensive, sure - but you can always do your first few jumps on static-line - why do you need to do tandem-jumps?

R600 for training (the whole day) and your first jump. After that it's R100 per jump. You have to complete, If I recall, about 10 static line and 5 dummy rip jumps before you can freefall. Too much time and effort for me, not to mention the price. Also the weather has to be perfect to jump so forget trying to plan your weekends in advance.

Well, these days you do 5 normal static-line jumps, then the next 5 thereafter are static-line including DRP's (dummy rip pulls). You need to do 5 good DRP's to graduate to your first 3-second freefall.

Just a thought . . .

Some of you guys seem to have a problem meeting babes. I think I have a solution for you. Beg, borrow or buy a sewing machine, then go to your nearest sewing class (Bernina is excellent) and sign up for their Bra Making Course. Just imagine! It'll change your whole dating calendar. You'll never have to grope again - you'll actually be invited to check their sizes out. You'll get to see them in the flesh 8O without having your face slapped. Please note: shoddy workmanship will not get you any customers and you'll have to work hard, but what a pleasure!

For those guys you can't get the hang of sewing how about knocking up something like this in your workshop . . .

5 statics and 5 DRPs just for a 3 second free-fall, plus all the expense involved... I think I'll try bungee jumping instead.

Chapter one

Little-Good-Citizen stands up and proudly tells the teacher and all his school mates: "I like Reading, Creative Writing and Sketching Pictures"

Chapter two

The-Law-Breaker yells from between his jail-cell bars: "I dig all things men dig  , I like cars, girls, money, anything to do with girls, lazying around, beutifull chicks, drinking, and I definately love women...!
