Impromptu Cape Town Meet and Greet
I'll be flying to Cape Town on the morning of the 23rd, and leaving on the 27th. We will be based at the Waterfront, and leaving on the 27th. PM me if you want to pop by and exchange notes. [Whether it is in the reception area of my hotel or somewhere on the waterfront.]
I still don't know what my family's schedule for our holiday will be, but hope to be able to fit in meeting one or more of you.

Not sure many Capetonians come to the forum any more Birdie. Your best bet is to let them know on FB.

Cape Town for the win!
I would certainly visit Sevruga again, and not just for the waitress who served us.

But you also weren't at the meet - so what message does that send?

Yes.... and? Does the sun burn your skin perhaps? If so - why not go out at night. No one ever died from moon burn.

Agreed. Besides - I look better in the dark. The darker it is - the prettier I look

Re: Impromptu Cape Town Meet and Greet
My brother was talking about perhaps leaving Slummies and moving to Cape Town yesterday afternoon.
This would, of course, mean that I would visit the Mother City more frequently.

I hate speculation. Gets you so excited and often lets you down

That it why it is so important to recognise their speculatory nature.
