if you mean Palu, the real name is Paul, a friend of mine thought that in japanese they would call me palu and it kind of stuck. most of my friends call me that now. If you mean Parabuthus, it is a family of scorpions that inhabit southern africa and are some of the most deadly known, I am facinated by scorpions so I have been using this for a good while.

adding the -chan suffix to a name in japanese shows someone is a girl or a small child will often also have that used. for a boy you would add the -kun suffix and for most others you add -san as a general respectful term. if meeting people above you then -sama should be used, especially for lords and royalty, between two people of high rank the term would usually be -dono to show high amounts of respect but equal station.

the idea of respect and titles is pretty big in japan. titles normally come after a name as a suffix instead of in front as we have in english.
