Re: The Movie Thread
I just watched Exit through the gift shop. It's a Documentary/movie about this guy that is just out of this world. I don't want to reveal too much about it. I do once again highly recommend it.

Lol the name of the movie is actually a very clever metaphor.Stuart wrote:You watched an entire film in a gift shop?Siemens wrote:I just watched Exit through the gift shop. Re: The Movie Thread
And Gnomeo and Juliet which was by far the worst 3D animation movie I've ever seen. It's as if the whole movie was aimed towards kids.

Re: The Movie Thread
The Adjustment Bureau with Matt Damon. Highly recommended. I felt they could have done even more with the great storyline, but never the less a very good film.

Re: The Movie Thread
The poster for that looks almost like another sequel for Jason Borne.
Watched Fast Five the weekend and I really enjoyed it. One or two far-fetched stunts, but a very solid movie. And of course watching The Rock and Vin Diesel hit the piss out of each other was very cool.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Just finished watching another outstanding outing by the Coen brothers: True Grit.

Fast Five was awesome! Really enjoy it. Less about the street cards and more about the story and the action.

Re: The Movie Thread
I am glad Dwayne Johnson is in this one. He is a surprisingly good actor. I will not be disappointed if Paul Walker and Tyrese Gibson never make another movie though. The second one was pure torture and I didn't even watch the third or fourth ones.

Man, been craving to watch that!ryanrich wrote:Ooh yeah I loved True Grit.
While everyone was voting yesterday, I went on a movie marathon and watched, Thor, Priest and
The Fast and The Furious 5.
Thor - Was a good comic book movie, not great but good. I enjoyed the cinematography and had some great special effects.
Priest - Was bad. I thought it was boring. Too much acting and not enough action. The movie was to serious and was the wrong tone for this kind of film I thought.
Fast Five - Was enjoyable. Story was nothing amazingly new or original, but it is a fun ride through Rio with our favourite bunch of characters from the franchise. Some nice chases and action scenes.
