You have a leg to stand on, printscreen the website with the date and time, then complain to head office.

And what's your bikes fuel consumption? 8 rand covers 1 litre of fuel and no wear and tear.

Yup, like some of the guys already have said, I go get it myself. Besides I get free pizza from my mothers restaurant, would be an instant death if I told my mother to deliver it!
