And know we have bad service because we are used to it we should start protesting bad service instead of protesing cause we don't feel like working or cause we blame the people for not doing there job but then vote for the very same people the next election

Because they most likely will get stolen, but Hellkom are really bad at doing any proper upgrades.

Very true Sakura but this is also where it helps to have decent competition

But unfortunately helkom still needs some real competition since neotell just does not have a big enough market share and the other companies either use Telkom lines or have rubbish wireless technology.

The thing with me is that, I can call them and complain, but...... I cannot scream and shout at people, because it gets you no where!

I myself used to work in a call centre back in the UK, I was always pleasant and willing to help people that are in need; However, the amount of abuse I received was quite frightening, I shall not relay some of the words 1 person described me, even though I tried my best to help him.
