Kia just jumped on the bed with an Avo... now she is droolingly watching the two male cats snoozing in the sun...
"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.

Re: English Spam Thread and General Rubbish
Can you see bruising? I get a pain similar to that with a trapped wind. But don't assume it is what you think it is. If it gets worse - check it out. Last "wind" I had trapped at the back of my shoulder blade turned out to be Pleurisy (inflamed lining of the lung). Never felt anything that painful. On the way to hospital I could hardly breathe because it hurt so much.Stuart wrote:I've never had internal bleeding. I do not recall anything quite as painful (uncomfortable?) as bruised ribs. It hurts when I breathe heavily, when I cough, when I sneeze, and when teh redhead jumps all over me. At least it's the kind of thing that passes with no lasting effects.FreddieP786 wrote:Bruised ribs are not as bad as internal bleeding and not as bad as having both.... but I feel your pain...Stuart wrote:To be perfectly honest, I cannot recall doing anything that might have resulted in bruised ribs. I just awoke Tuesday morning with the pain. I'm assuming it's bruised ribs, because I had bruised ribs once before from a sporting injury and it feels exactly like it did that time. But I cannot possibly tell you what I might have done.

Someone said something rather nasty about you the other day. In jest, of course. But I forget who it was and what they said.
It was probably Jim.

Just before December - then it will help the country's supplies. They could even do a whole thing in the magazine - and have photos of the staff members donating.
Edit: Although it would be interesting to see who might consider donating if a thread was started . . .

No bruising. But then there was no external bruising last time either.Tribble wrote: Can you see bruising? I get a pain similar to that with a trapped wind. If it's wind, can't I just get someone to pull my finger?

Awesome I saw a nice laptop for sale on Take2, but it comes with no OSfallen_angel wrote:@NDA I got the HP G62. Impressive I must say... Even for an Intel
Only reason why I like it, is because it has an Nvidia GPU which I need for my 3D software, R5000.
