You can nominate for some or all of the categories; you can nominate as many people as you like per category. Once nominations close, the polls will go up for public vote, containing the top 5 nominees per category (may be more if there's a tie in number of nominations, or less if there were fewer than 5 people nominated). Nominations will close at 12:00 forum time (UTC+2) on Friday, 15 October; the polls will go up on Monday, 18 October and run for a week.
