Personally I really love music and I like a lot of different music styles.
 I´m a big fan of EMINEM, 50 cent linkin park, limp bizkit, Orbital, Moby, Paul oakenfold,ian van dahl and loads of other artists

I enjoy all types of music really. My main listening pleasure are rock, metal, grunge, punk and hip hop. I´m a guitar player so really enjoy listening to really cool rock riffs and then figuring out how to play them. Bands like Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews Band, Metallica, Led Zeppelin and Van Halen rule. I´m starting to get into the jazzier side of rock as well, more specilfically Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Also like most music, some exceptions though. Do like Moody Blues, Bob Dylan, Deep Purple, Bob Seger, Santana, Dire Straits, Meredith Brooks, Joe *******er, Queen and many other 60´s and 70´s groups!

Some of my favourites are Metallica, Aerosmith, Creed, Bush, Linkin Park, Nickelback, Matchbox 20 and quite a bit more!

Hi ppl, I can appreciate all of the stuff u guys mentioned(specially our favorite OnelyOne ´whisky in the jar´), But who of u guys enjoy Sting/Enya/Deep Forest/Pieter Gabriel/Mike Oldfield exc. And some 80´s Queen/Blondie/Yazoo/U2/Black/Pixies/Sandra/Joy Division exc. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_lol.gif">
 
 I can enjoy most music that ´speaks´ to me-soul. (except blues/boeremusiek)

 4 me thers definitely quite alot of music i like and den thers the music i love and can listen to it continously without gettin bored of it. Here´s just a cupple of bands or singers that i luv:

 This is music that makes my world go around, without it i don´t think i´d make it in this cruel world. I absolutely have 2 listen to it for at least 2 hours minimum a day!

My Favourite band is LIVE, everything else is just add on.
 
 I despise boy and girl bands!!! Cant listen to boeremusiek or R&B or rap.

 I prefer songs with good lyrics, but some songs just have good music and thats ok to. A truly great song is one where music and lyrics gel together.

I like anything that has a clear tune and lyrics. Don't like music that is so loud that you can't make out what they are singing, Don't like Rave (doef doef music), Don't like boy and girl bands (vocal groups).

I mostly like rock and alternative. my fav are:

Live
Cranberries
Aerosmith
Violent femmes
Springbok Nude Girls

and many more. These are mainly the bands of which i like all or most of the music. I can't say that i like bands who have just a few good songs and the rest suck. Then i just like the songs. some of these bands:

Creed
Staind
The cure
U2

and some others.

PS. I don't mean to diss any of these bands or their fans, this is just my oppinion.
