I have had some horrible ones - what makes them worse is that I generally like the people that these things happen to.

Monty, they (my client) keep changing what brokers are allowed to do / not do. The rules regarding employment change too. So I am continually changing things. Been doing this for almost 3 years now - and we are still making changes :lol:

Lol I have that problem at two of my clients. One in town (Jhb) we have two blocks to walk and at the other the Gautrain has messed up the parking. I got caught in snow and rain without umbrellas. Now I have a huge one and leave it in the car.
