I wish I knew what the problem was. He says he unhappy with both the price and the design but he won't say what. Also I gave him a big discount to do his website.

He always ignores this.

If he's not worth the trouble why not send him to hell with compliments? Customers cant just use and abuse you and not even be willing to pay the bill?
