Serial rapist gets 211 years

Johannesburg - Serial rapist Johannes Mowers has been sentenced to life and 211 years in prison by the Cape High Court on Wednesday, the SABC reported.

Mowers pleaded guilty to 28 of 41 charges including rape, abduction and housebreaking.

He committed the crimes in the Hemel-en-Aarde area of Hermanus on the Cape south coast over several years. Police arrested him two years ago when he was found with two under-aged girls in Hermanus.

His sentences would run concurrently.

Good! but they should make his punishment more severe. Guys like that don't deserve to have balls

You can still have sex without balls, in fact, I'm sure most guys would prefer it that way, no need to worry about a suspicious phone call 9 months later.
