Aah ok, Finnemore, that a place. Havent heard of it. Cycling and then going to work afterwards is a bad combination, too tired and start dozing off. Need to ride more to get rid of that

Has anyone ever dealt with these guys?: http://www.cwcycles.co.za

I want to order stuff from them online, but I've never used them before  .

Otherwise, can anyone recommend good online bike shops?

CWC FTW! oh ya and I forgot to mention in my pm www.bikehut.co.za is good as well.

Take note tho that most online bike shops especially SA ones are a bit behind in updating so email them or call them to double check items and prices

it helps a lot with fitness. The heavier bike and more rolling resistance makes you fitter and stronger quicker than if you had a road bike

A awesome and true theorem !
I also did some blood count test last week - my red blood cells are about 3/4 higher per unit than a 24 year old 's normal count.
