Were you way more inebriated?
Unfortunately not at that time no. I'd taken prospective clients there - and even I know when to curb my err....appetite.
SykomantiS wrote: No, and neither was I, nor Tribble, nor Acid nor his brother nor wife. And none of us had any complaints.
Sorry Syko but I have to agree that on THAT day the food was sub-par.

Tell you what Stuart - next time there's a meet at Gilroy's I'll pay for your meal. So you'll have to give them another chance? ;)

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

I meant the last time we were there. I don't recall you having issues with the food. :?
But truth be told, I was preoccupied with my beer :P

Lack of alcohol leading to memory loss?

Here's a reminder. ;)

I loved the potato skins last time - and the beers. All of them. Especially the dark ones. Wonder if I would break my diet for them?

lol yes well I did not eat the little springbok ;-)

We went through all the beer colours if I remember correctly. It was fun

Oh if only they weren't so fattening. Tell you what - if I can lose another 2kgs before then - I will have one beer. (but if it goes to my head - someone will have to take care of the tribble) If not - I will do the water thing. Don't even drink diet coldrinks anymore. They are bad for one.

He is talking about the big meet we had there - not the little one we had a while ago. You know when the KZNers came up and joined us?

Why don't we have another at the beginning of October? ;-)
