Operation Fury

Post by StarPhoenix »

:plotting:

[text style=incandescent_mene_mene_tekel_upharsin]

I have begun doing my homework on a possible trip to Johannesburg from 5-7 October this year for the primary purpose of attending the really AWESOME gaming expo.

I shall be flying there [probably using 1Time] on Friday the 5th.

Tribble has offered to fetch me from whatever accommodation [City Lodge/Road Lodge/some B and B] I find in the Randburg-Fourways area, and take me with her to rAge when she goes there on the Saturday.

Wanna meet?

Chances are I'll be flying home on Sunday.

I don't plan that far in advance but I guess I should probably attend rAge for a change since I haven't ever been.
Will shout if I get something sorted

I'm sure we could congregate furtively in some unlit corner of the Coca Cola Dome.

If you wanna swing by on Friday night, I'm cool with that too.

I should be there. I plan to attend the lan(as long as there are no exams, assignments) but if not I will come to the expo.

Saturday sounds best, getting to that side of town on a Friday evening could take a while

It isn't a past or present forum member, if that is what you were thinking.

That is what I was thinking. So if I don't know this person then it really doesn't bother me if you won't tell me who it is.

I shall just wait and see

I'm kinda perturbed by the name of this thread.

Operation Fury.

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

Why?

rAge --> Fury

I might understand your bewilderment if you misread it as "Operation Furry"

Well Tribbsey, if you really want to know about The Other Woman.... :P

Well I completely missed that connection. Perhaps it would be more obvious if it was Operation fUry.

Although that doesn't look nearly as neat as rAge.

OK, I admit it - that was a weak attempt at humour. I'll try to do better next time.
