i'm not complaining myself, but i'm know there are some members who browse pcf even after their caps are depleted. somehow i don't see them wasting bandwidth spamming when they could be using it for more beneficial purposes.

No. Looking at one hosting provider's charges (not the one we're using), ZA bandwidth is R340/GB, international is R23/GB. Sadly, this becomes an issue when you have a website that uses over 50GB bandwidth in a month.

If you don't like it, picket outside Telkom's head offices.
hosting internationally will mean no more daytime posting for me  once overseas our works websense will pick it up as a internatoinal forum and block it..... FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU

Just done a bit of an Apollo 13 on the forum - turned the online user listing back on, and turned RSS feeds off. Seems faster at the moment, but will be keeping two eyes on things (as often as I can spare them).

I have - but he just ignores me. I even suggested he delete me and all my posts - and then I can start again. But he won't hear of it.

yup. Kieron and Dawid are still planning but it looks like it might be this weekend.

SO keep watching for an announcement.
