Intel bring 3D transistors to mass market

Now in 3D
Intel today announced the introduction of three-dimensional transistors which will be introduced in the upcoming 22nm chip code-named “Ivy Bridge.” Traditional planar transistors, which are found in electronic components in numerous devices, are based on a two-dimensional design
