PCFormat Easter Egg?

Post by M1ke »

Mehehe, I'm not sure if this is an easter egg, but anyway:

Side 2 of the CoverDVD June 2008 (the latest one as of writing).

DiscContents\Chippy\Mouse101

And inside there is a video (I'm not going to say what, but it aint bad, rather hectic actually).

Anyone else notice this?

PS: As of including HD videos on the disc, PCF = awesome +1.

I also saw this. It's actually included on both sides of the disc???

While I'm on the disc, who's putting the disc together at the mo? Because we get the same hot 50 freeware progs every month. Couldn't they rather save the space for a 50funniest net clips, 50 funniest youtube vids, 50 best game mods/50 essential updates etc. section which changes monthly?

I would partially disagree.
For me the the thing that gives PCF a 1up over other competition is that it includes lots of software.

The same apps over and over again I also don't like, but PCF would be dead if they replaced all their freeware with internet vids.

Although I don't think they're filling up their DVD to the max each month? cause if their not (filling 9.6GB of fresh content is hard) then I wouldn't mind that either.

i agree with M1ke, the softwares getting kinda boring, i get NAG for games and pcf for everything else, a new LINUX on the disk every few months is awesome. but I think there could be some new stuff. like all those huge open source programmes that use up all of dads HSDPA cap.
