What do you mean? Making that grill and cover?
Samaya wrote:That is looking really cool. Like that grill you made.

Go black outside but white inside. And use ice white leds inside.

Name: Betty
Thanks Samaya, I'm thinking of going with a black and white theme with white LED's :D

Maybe a check theme? What do you guys think? Like this:

Hey WiK1D, nice job on that perspex dude. Should be quite easy to fix the distorted part.
About the chess pattern....will the white be underneath or on top of the black? You will have two vastly different effects especially when you are going to be lighting it up
Although doing a white interior sounds good and will look flippin awesome, there is always the dust bunny and dirt factor to contend with. Perhaps a clear coat over the white will aid with cleaning? Or was that your plan?

Looking forward to the end result :D

So two votes for check, two for no check

I actually didn't think of the dust factor at all :( But a clear coat could work, easy to rub off, otherwise, COMPRESSOR!!!

Thanks for the comments so far guys :)

And, if there's ANY suggestions of something you think might look cool, post it here!

Okay, scratch the Checkered idea then, I'm still gonna go with some black and white abstract art of some form.

Browsing around deviant now, thanks doobs :)

You welcome Bertus, for a case of that size and design , Deviantart wins the cake for ideas. Search anything and possible design/art are endless

maybe do a combination of flames or tribals along the edges... it is hard to go with a solid nice abstract as you have made the window...

maybe even some ornamental vectors along the sides and maybe a few Chinese characters just above that grill...

I was just talking to Mike about this, and thought about maybe overlapping onto the window a bit, I think that could look quite cool, but I think I should get some japanese/chinese pinstriping done somewhere, maybe on the front panel's bottom corner?

yeah if you can do the overlapping, something like a vine vector would look good...

Okay guys, I need to pick a design for my other side panel, I'm going with a white base, will have some japanese characters on the window panel to not leave it empty, but I'm gonna have something big on the other panel:

Sorry for all the pics :(

OIYOIYOI... They're all completely different styles!!!! If your going for the japanese type thing not 1 of them are really adequate 4 me... But you like superbikes and stuff so....... 1, 4, 9 and 10... My personal favs are: 3 and the 3d one from da bottom (really like that one!)

Hope I helped!

I SERIOUSLY like number 1 and 2, but like psY said, nothing here fits in with the Chinese theme.

Also remember that you should get permission from the creators of the above art to use it in your project ;)

I also like 1, 2 and 4 a lot, and it's not a Chinese theme, it's a black and white them, Achromatic. Having one chinese/japanese letter in doesn't make it that theme does it?

And yeah, I will get permission to use which ever one I choose as the final design

Yeah me too, but it's not abstract enough. I think it's going to come down between 1, 2, 4. Hmm, lemme remove the rest

//Edit: Wowza, thanks OTC, will have a look at them when I come home this afternoon
