Bios flash cmos settings wrong

Hi-Pls help-
Ive got a P5S800VM MOBO with P43.2 HT EM64T CPU
It gives me a CPU Ucode error.
Ive flashed my bios with the update 1021 and when it rebooted it said cmos settings wrong

Try resetting the cmos.

how can it not be compatible, my brother has that exact same board and processor and it works ??

have you emailed the mobo manufacturer and asked them if its compatible with your cpu?

Why dont you check your mobo manual as well

Are you sure you never flashed an incompatible bios?

Re-flash the bios and see if it helps

well well. Some boards tend to moan after a bios flash, because the flashing procedure tends to erase the stored cmos as well. Just go into the BIOS, configure everything and save it again.
