Tri-Booting Operating Systems

Post by Richard_ »

Any ideas on how to go about it? In what order should I install these?

Windows XP SP2
Windows Vista
Suse 10.1

Something tells me that that's exactly the order I should install them in, but I'd like to make sure.

I have LOTS of time to lose. 3 operating systems will take me about one and a half hours. That's if I get it right first time. I'm pretty impatient. But yes, i think I'll do it in that order. Thanks. :-)

well youre the one online at 12am  whats an hour and 30min to you

well if you had ghost or some other backup utility like ghost, you could make an image straight after xp is installed, then install vista make an image after that and then install linux and again make an image. that way if you stuff it up while doing vista it will take 5 min to restore xp so that u can redo vista and the same applies to linux...

Hahaha - good point :P
Busy trying to find space to backup all my data so I can do a fresh install of the operating systems on a single harddrive. What a mission. Lol, 80Gb of stuff is not nice to sort through.

And that's actually a good point about ghosting Windows. I might just do that. :-)
