hard hitting ad campaign but it fails to account for the improvement of satefy features in cars. 20 years ago the safety features were a joke.

All the safety features in the world wont prevent a drunk bottom from causing a potentially fatal accident.

That is the most moronic comment I have ever read from you dude. Ever.
The fail thread is just not enough... you have brought a new level to fail.

Holy Suit!!!! This was pretty graphic and hard hitting. Fact: Though more extreme measures were taken this past holiday season to reduce speeding, it had almost no effect on the amount of accidents when compared to last year. So... Is speeding really a problem? Or is it mostly DUI and TOO LITTLE BLOODY SPEED??? I'm looking at you, taxi, going along at 40/60 in a 120 zone...

Yet it carries on, drivers just do not get it do they? I tell you now, and I mean this, if a drunk driver killed a member of my family, I would not hesitate to kill him!

Huggles Shawn... stay safe...
"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.

My girlfriend was involved in a serious car accident recently. Her bakkie is a writeoff!

A truck lost control on a wet road, collided with her vehicle and smashed into a second bakkie behind her. She is lucky to escape without injury. In the second bakkie, the father and 8 year old son died and left the wife paralysed. The driver was drunk, speeding and driving a route his employees instructed him to avoid.

Its going to be awhile before my girlfriend gets her driving confidence back. I know one should should start driving again ASAP after such a horrific incident.

A few days after the minister of transport (Sbu Ndebele) came to inspect the road and see the amount of heavy vehicles using it to avoid the toll plaza. Not sure what decision will come about if any. :(

Image

Her bakkie was just in front of the mangled one. Two counts of culpable homicide has been opened against the driver, which is about 10 years I think if found guilty.

Please don't drink and drive! Drive carefully and be smart!
