Effective from the first of August, my boss was redeployed to start his own department of one. Only to a room down the passage, though. Still....it's a start. :yay:

'Tis wonderful to have a boss who understands what you do, and appreciates what it takes. :-D

He takes a dim view of noisy offices too!

He is more soft-spoken than my old boss, and does not describe things he doesn't like or approve of using vulgar language.
