Ive had something weird happen to me when i was younger.While i was sleeping i heard footsteps in my room when i peeked i saw a shadowy figure.I froze up and pull my head under the sheets.To this day i dont know what it was.In my class a chick also saw something like a ghost/demon whatever it was.She went crazy.Maybe the supernatural does exist....

I have heard the stories of glasses moving by themselves - but never tried it. My fear is - what if it actually moves when I am holding it - I think I would really be freaked out. It is one thing knowing they are around - seeing the things they do. It is completely different having them that close.
When I was younger a friend and I also tried glassy-glassy, and it worked for us too. We ended up telling the other person questions to ask we didn't know the answers to and then we'd confirm or reject the answer.
Of course, might not have been ghosts - coulda been telepathy.
Ghosts are real though. I grew up in a farming area on the rand with alot of Boer-War history, and there was some freaky stuff going on there sometimes.

It was quite freaky, to see something like that.....you know there are ghosties out there or something at least. But I was young and interested to see what would happen(I got the idea from a book I was reading at the time) I read up more about it afterwards and they are not things to play around with. Cause you never know what kind of spirit you might pick up, if it happens to a bad one, lets just say nothing good can come from it....

The ideomotor effect is a psychological phenomenon wherein a subject makes motions unconsciously (i.e., without conscious awareness).
