All very valid questions.

But physically you need a drill and a drill bit(slightly larger than the screws), you need screws and handles that you feel fits your case. At 13kg your case is no light weight so get something solid at least. And I would suggest that the handles be the same colour as your case is. As for handles, maybe add 2 handles along the top edges, length wise, of the case OR add just one crescent shaped handle at the back of your case. Also make sure you use screws with a bigger head and add washers, that way the screws won't "pull through" the thin metal plating of your case.

Let us know how things progress or if you have any other questions.

given the weight, i'd still opt for detachable straps.. they're just so much more practical... not to mention comfortable... (but not pink, that's common)

8.ta!

You can also add some metal supports on the inside of the "thin metal plating" of the case just to strengthen it. It will add some weight but it will distribute the load you put on the case if you pick it up more evenly. It could actually very well be the difference between ripping the "thin metal plating" or not ripping the "thin metal plating"

I can't find any straps. So you will either have to make your own or go with fitted handles.
