Starting Firestarter

Post by doo_much »

Friend of mine has an issue getting his firewall up. He's running Ubuntu Linux.

When he tries he gets a message "Failed to start the firewall.. The device eth0 is not ready... Please check your network device settings and make sure your internet connection is active."

Internet is active though. Any ideas what else he can look at?
