Weird... Maybe clocking the gfx too much? Run the ram @ 5-5-5-15. Its just generic and you don't benefit much from the timings ;)

No the card is running at stock....yeah weird tell me about will try 5/5/5/15 but the ram is rated cl4 so it should not be a problem...... :?

Only other solution is to oc slowly till I get the problem and try and fix it from there......

Lol pretty sure this heat won't allow it here in the freestate....

Yeah tried 1 stick 2 sticks and 4 sticks but it is pretty stable with 2 sticks in extra juice seems to get 4 sticks stable....

But i'm pretty sure that heat is my main issue....!!!

Well lets see there is nearly no gain of using XP SP2 besides nearly 80% of that SP is security updates which annoys the crap out of me....

Dude if you get 2000 point gain from using SP2 I'll be the first to update

05 is a single thread application you potato muncher where 06 benefits from quads. 01 is a bench that is less gfx based so the whole system and tweaks make more of an impact. Go play cs1.6 or something that you don't need a brain for.
hahaha. . . . BURN!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I njoyed that!
Fry: Hey, wait, I'm having one of those things…you know, a headache with pictures.

Evax, weren't you the guy that used play dota at unreal with me andrei, nick, graham etc...? lol remember your nick.

wizardofid, your suppi is really old! :D zalman should help your temps quite nicely. You have a B3 quad, which runs quite hot. The G0 revision afterwards was quite a bit cooler.

Its about time seeing that 3.6ghz Wizard. Now we can play proper at 3.6ghz benchies.

I will play once my water is back on. Wanna put water on my card aswell. Need to get sinks for the other lil acessories IC's on the card.

Yeah sweet dude getting my stuff this week was shipped today *sob*....

Well guys I will only be benching again in 1/5 weeks time going on a 7 day trip down to Gonubie at a resort next to the kei river mouth for some much needed rest.... :D :D

Like most websites running their benches at 3.6 I think it would be a good idea to extent a little further any speed above 3.6 will be excepted.

However to be a valid challenge I screenshot needs to be attached of running orthos for a min of 4 hours....

What do you guys think about that, should make it a little more intersting???

Na no orthos stuff, if you can run the benchmarks without freezing then there is no point, coz you only run orthos if you want that for a 24/7 OC.

But Ya i rate 3.8ghz is another good milestone to cross in this.

3.6ghz is cool and all but havnt seen guys do tweaking at 3.8.

Anyway thats just my opinion, im quiet happy at 3.6ghz. But just no Orthos

Nah not tonight XP has gone bonkers need to format but at least I still got vista to play around on.......

I first wanna swap the CPU out with my Pentuim D the last bench I did was at 3.9 I wanna check if I can get a little higher to at least 4.5 with ddr800
And bench it

Then take my 8600GT and bench it wanna see if I can get any good scores out of it and push for a 25 superpI and good 3dmark01 scores of at least 45000
