heeelp!! Voltage locking not working

Hi so i've been oc'ing my gpu and saw that the screen would split into two or the driver would stop working but when I push my gpu voltage to the max (1.1v) those problems go away but every time I start my pc i have to set the voltage to 1.1v again even tough I set the program to run at start up and and locked voltage I'm using Trixx because afterburner wont alow me to OC my voltage anyone no what I can do?

system: intel core i3 540
foxconn h55mxv
hd 6670 512mb ddr5
thermaltake 450w litepower
6gb ram
Using catalyst 13.12 drivers
newly installed windows 7

1.1v is the BASE voltage for that card so anything less is under powering it and would explain why its misbehaving.
Not sure what you have actually done to that card, but whatever it is keep it up and you'll be shopping for a new one soon enough

Try uninstalling Trixx and whatever other modding tools you have on there derping up the card and hope it goes back to its default settings.

The stock voltage for the card is 0.9v not 1.1v I just need it to stick at 1.1v.
