Hi guys.
I have a Asus P5KPL-CM and a Core 2 Quad CPU @ 2.4GHz.
Now i was going through my bios settings and i found that my motherboard has something called Overclocking Profiles.
Now i have tried to set this up but it failed to do anything.
Please can you guys help me? or does this feature not do what i think it does?
i set it to 20% overclock and the CPU still says that it is running at 2.4GHz. Yes i tried lower settings. i went to 30% but then my PC would not boot.
I don't want to mess with power settings so when i saw this i thought that it would do everything automatically.
Motherboard built in overclock profiles?
