@ wikid yep - thats the one that beanie meant - and it will do perfectly since im not the greatest fan of that bay res since there are a few problems with it for me - ie how do you fill it up unless one o the inputs leads to a t piece which you connect to a very high place in the case with some plugs - the res is to me where you should be able to add the water into the loop

DAE_JA - those reservoirs that g-nome used are totally awesome - he is truly an inspiration to the rest of us - and even though it was a totally "busy" looking mod it was great

Hey MrBean, we are planning on getting our stuff from http://www.voyeurmods.com/index.php?act ... egory&id=2
and i'd advise you to buy from them, they are cheaper than DD themselves!

Is the Swiftec Storm an really excellent block and worth the extra $30 over the DD RBX blocks?

And how about this reservoir? http://www.voyeurmods.com/index.php?act ... revstart=0 It fits in a 120mm fan hole and I have 5 in my case!

Ok, guys! Here is my final list:

RBX Athlon 64 WaterBlock
3/8 OD (for 3/8 ID tubing), No Thanks $45.00 (ZAR 291.86) $45.00 (ZAR 291.86)

Maze 4 GPU WaterBlock
3/8 OD (for 3/8 ID tubing) $48.75 (ZAR 316.18) $48.75 (ZAR 316.18)

3/8 OD for 3/8 ID Tubing $26.95 (ZAR 174.79) $26.95 (ZAR 174.79)

Danger Den D5 12V Water Pump $76.95 (ZAR 499.08) $76.95 (ZAR 499.08)

PrimoFlex Clear Tubing - 3/8 inch $0.99 (ZAR 6.42) $5.94 (ZAR 38.53)

My order is similar:

CPU Block: Danger Den RBX 1/2"

Pump: Danger Den D5 12V Water Pump

Res: Coolwave Acrylic res

Rad: Dual 120mm Coolwave

Tubing: 7 feet Tygon 1/2"ID 3/4"OD

I'm still looking around for a nice chipset block. Any suggesttions? I like the asetek ones.

DJV: Be careful with that size tubing, it is huge.

My 3/8" id - 5/8" od Tygon is already very big. 15.875mm dia to be precise. So, make sure you have space to route 19mm dia tubing in your case.

It is going to be difficult, much more than you think. I urge you to reconsider, and get 3/8" id Tygon rather ;)

@ Wikid: Yes, those 120mm fan-style reservoirs are neat, and would be nice if you have space/place for it - in your case you do, so one obstacle less. Would tidy things quite a bit.

If you could afford the Swiftech Storm, go for it - it is the best commercial block out there!

Probably 3-4 deg C. Just the looks of the block makes it for me. Remember, it should come with black acetal top to complement the Maze4.

Tubing seems ok, don't know it, but the description says it can bend to tight radii - so, should be good. Maybe you need to google it, and check out a few reviews, that would be your safest bet, should you wanna be failsafe.....

Otherwise Tygon is guaranteed very flexible, I can vouch for it, as I have around 2m of 3/8" that will be used in my current SuperCool mod.

Both shipping options will take about the same time, 10-14 days to get here. Use the Economy from Fedex, if not Fedex economy, use the faster option.

I would choose one with Storm waterblock ;)
