The dust on the wheels spoils the pictures for me. But I agree, it looks epic.

Yeah it's a bit of a disappointment. I had this whole plan worked out with cling wrap and what not, and then I just ran out of time and light, so I had to just get it done with. Planning a more intense shoot in future, there I'll be sure to get the tyres clean ;)

@ The Stig ... the two Jackies that I had at my parents house hated collars they always used to take them off and eat them from when they were puppies up until they were adults ... never understood it. I was lucky with Hades that he does not do this! He does hate to wear a jersey though he tries to run and hide. When he is cold he runs but does not hide so you can actually catch him and put it on lol.

Love animals, people I could do without :evil5:

I liked your snow pics too! Did you manage to go out and play around with it? I made Hades a snowball to chase

Time to spam here a bit since I found out how to use Picasa a tad bit better :P.

Image

Took the above pic with my 25mm lens that has no zoom whatsoever so it meant I had to go as close as I dared with a swarm around me :P. Thankfully I was not stung :P.

Image

This one was sitting outside our kitchen window. Just thought he would make a good picture :).

Image

These are called HellSpawn! They keep me awake during the day while I am trying to sleep by banging their beaks on the windows. They have even taught the local weavers to do the same...

Image

Where the wife & I went on honeymoon.

Image

Our guide dog for the honeymoon, when we went hiking in the mountains he came with us. :)

Image

The local cat at the resort we stayed at.

...

Think I will stop there... :P

I'm not much of a photographer yet, but I'm starting to play around a little more with my camera. I followed some of the kids around at a braai we had last weekend. Here are two shots I quite like for where I'm at right now.

To be fair, I think I like every photo I've ever taken of Ben in that second picture. The little dude is just sooooo cute!

Tribble is right, those shots have great composition. Very nice shots.
