A repair install won't fix it. Your HDD has been corrupted somehow.

Not to worry, it's an easy fix. You just have to somehow bomb it into another PC and run CHKDSK on it.

I haven't read the entire thread, but there is one thing to try. This won't fix it, but will give us an idea why it's broken. Do the whole press F8 thing to get to the menu to choose Safe Mode. Then select "Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure." Now, instead of restarting, it should...
