Ok, forget about video settings then (since that boils down to hardware; mostly)

Re: Valve announces Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
If you are playing CS: GO, please can you help me with console rates in relation to your ADSL line speed.
I am currently running a 2Mbps line with stock rates and was wondering what they should be.
Also what are the recommended video settings for my line?

Re: Advice on SSD's
Lol thanx mate. I'm going to turn off indexing on my system reserved partition then (which is part of my SSD).
I've already done quite a few other tweaks that I found in a guide as well as some provided by Starbound.
The only swak thing now is the fact that I have a 3Gbps motherboard

I wasn't planning on renaming or removing it.
I was just wondering whether I should keep Indexing on it enabled?

Re: Advice on SSD's
Hi there,
Once I get my SSD, what settings in the BIOS should I change?
And, what settings do I change in Windows to get the SSD running optimally?

Ordered the Corsair 180GB GS
It also has the SandForce controller. I'm sure Corsair are pretty decent.

Re: Advice on SSD's
Still significantly quicker than the traditional HDD
I suppose it would be a great investment, considering I'll be keeping my SSD for my next build, allowing me to get the full capabilities of 6Gbps.
Do you know of an online store that has the Intel for a cheap price?

Re: Advice on SSD's
Haha I see,
Why would you not go for the Corsair though?
It has better performance by the looks of it?
What is it about Intel that makes it the better one?

Advice on SSD's
Hi there, I am looking to buy an SSD with a budget of under 2k. I need to use it for holding the O.S and programs, but will be installing a few games on it while I have a tight budget. (Later on I'll buy a separate SSD for games) I am currently looking at these: Corsair CSSD-F180GBGS-BK Force GS 180...

Windows Server 2008 Security Group question
Hi all Here's a scenario: I have a single forest with multiple child domains as sites. The one site needs to have a Security Group for a few Sales' users who need to be able to log on to all Domain Controllers in the forest. That site also won't have a Global Catalog as I chose to run Universal Grou...

Re: Which uncapped ISP has best shaping?
I have.. They first said they were checking for problems. (Couldn't find anything wrong on their side) So they referred me to telkom. Telkom said there are no problems. Iv noticed an increased latency in CSS and slower torrent downloads. Its been 3 weeks now
