How about some algea remover from your local pet shop.

I don't own a water cooling system, but have read a couple articals and it's been suggested to add anti algea into the mix.

I'm trying to build my own water cooler. Not as easy as I though. But we'll c.

I did some research a while back. I was in the same bout as you azgard. After reading hundreds of articles the 2.8c was recommended the most, and more ppl seemed to have better success OC it. Sorry, me not know much about intel, but from what I've read the prescott 533 is riddled with heat problem, so I'd choose the northwood. It should OC better to.

But hey, I'd still rather buy an AMD..

My pc was idleing at 26C and the max temp it got to was 39C while oc to a 2300MHZ. This was at a lan in pinetown, and the abient room temp was at a chilling 16C. I never new warehouse could get so freakin cold. I froze my a$$ of at that lan will remember to bring warmer cloths to lan in winter, daim!!

Have you lapped your heat sink IceBlade? I still can't belive my drop in temp! 55C to 44C wow. No I haven't done it yet :oops: It worries me that when you do this by hand (moving it up and down or left to right), you can maybe wear out the platform of the heat sink slightly on the left edge and rig...

They should be in seperate folders. Search for the Unreal Awakening. And delete that one.

I had that problem before. I shift deleted the folder. Then installed it else where. And then removed it the right way, and it work fine.

Agh well hope you can sort yourself out.

Type regedit in your run bar.

Click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
then SOFTWARE
Then find Unreal
Select the reg files
And delete.
