Re: Zeitgeist: Addendum

Aww it's ok tribbly when you're ready I'm very interested if they mention much in the news tonight about the global economy dropping, we're too isolated to south africa in terms of our news.. There are some serious things going on here. The Zeitgeist films have been around a while now. This is chapt...

Re: Zeitgeist: Addendum

I just want to finally say that America is in 10 trillion dollars debt, Mc Cain said so himself which I will provide below, so there is some cause for concern seeing as the worlds economies are dropping. This documentary may shed some light. http://rawstory.com/news/2008/McCain_flub_My_fellow_prison...

Zeitgeist: Addendum

Check this documentary and tell me what you think :D It has just been released, 7500 votes with 5 stars. I've only seen half of it and so far it's to do with money and how countries get in debt, very informative. It's not piracy or illegal , if you click the movie picture on their website it will ta...

Re: Tri-Nations 2008

Hmm they still have to play? I've lost complete interest but i'll say the all blacks will win :) I prefer them to an aussie winning although I enjoyed both teams disappointments in the world cup :D

Re: Tri-Nations 2008

Yes well done. We played good, not our best but good. We had opportunities in the other games but just couldn't get the points, today we got those points. The Australians were a bit flat but who cares if it's Australian and down, kick it!!

Re: Tri-Nations 2008

Yeah AD and Jean Di Villiers have been incredible! :D People were doubting AD, I know I was.. He did make lots of mistakes in the first few games but well done to him for persevering through and showing us what he can do. We have been breaking their lines, we have been threatening. I notice that whe...

Re: Tri-Nations 2008

Another loss but there was a big improvement to the previous weeks performance. The Australians played good and Robbie Deans is doing some good work. I still think we are playing the wrong game plan although that game against Australia wasn't at all too bad it's just we couldn't put the finishing to...

Re: Tri-Nations 2008

This was in a New Zealand paper I believe and I agree with all of it, you will remember our "transformation" debate awhile ago, Fish_man. Time for the "puppet" to perform It is time for Peter de Villiers to show that he is up to coaching at the highest-level in the international ...

Re: Tri-Nations 2008

Our couch has it all wrong.. No players at the breakdown, too many mistakes, running the ball from our try line and the players are rushing everything.. We have Mattfield and Bekker, they are massive and will steal the ball in the line outs so kick out more. We were tackling them back, we have good ...

I know some people will disagree with this... You said you have 2% body fat so you might want to put on some weight, not much, but enough to give you more power. There are pure body mass protein shakes. You might also want to target different areas because it's no good to have big biceps and a back ...

Only way is to rip your muscles and rest for a couple days till they heal and eat good then rip them again... When I say rip I mean till you can't hold a glass or move much :) There are also quick ways to rip your muscles instead of gyming for hours... Best to get used to it first or you might get a...

Yeah Norton fell off long ago but lots of people that don't know much about viruses and av products pick Norton because it's a name they have heard over and over..
