Our last active case is now recovered, and given that no new cases have been reported in the past 17 days, we may well have eradicated COVID-19 entirely. Should have posted this back when NZ permitted the takeaways to re-open (back at the beginning of May), albeit under very strict guidelines relating to physical distancing. And, it's now official from both governments: they are committed to allowing travel without quarantine between NZ and AU, but only when it is deemed safe as the health of both country's citizens remains priority (so, don't expect this for at least a few weeks at minimum). https://www.stuff.co.nz/nat...

No, but it typically routes further south (usually Christchurch, sometimes Dunedin). Not overhead here...
