I was given two copies of "Windows 2003 OEM Server System builder". What is the difference between this Windows 2003 OEM Server System builder and the normal version of Server 2003? Or is there even a difference?

Is the PC connected to the network on normal boot-up?

If yes, try unplugging as the DHCP service is maybe taking its time to assign an IP-address. If this is the case use a static IP with your PC.

I get around 600ms unshaped with DataPro. With Axxess unshaped this goes down to around 400ms. If I go on early in the morning using unshaped connection +-6am I get around 250ms
