What settings would I need to adjust to keep cpu voltage so that it doesn't fluctuate? And is this a good idea or not?

I got an ocz vertex 3 60gb ssd for OS. More queries, what voltage should I run at? All the reviews and articles I've read seem to have conflcting opinions, also, should I use manual or offset voltage in the uefii bios? And finally, what other settings should I enable/diable in the bios? Uefi confuse...

Ok managed to hit 4.6ghz with just the mutiplier> suggestions on new ram? i was thinking of 16gb of g.skill ripjaws ddr3 1866

hmm> my friend gave me a coolermaster v6gt white edition. i managed 4.3ghz by just changing the multiplier, and temps are 38 on heavy load. now to change the clockspeed

ive turned Turbocore off in the bios and AOD but i still get multiplier fluctioations in CPU-Z:/ thanks for the reccomendation

haha indeed.value for money. ive aquired the parts bit by bit. from various dealers. and people. the 2nd gtx460 was a nightmare to find. my word. and am3 cpus are hard to find too

bleh i havent used this forum in years. looking to spend about 4k. vga coolers are first on th list cause i cant get past the sppeds mentioned even with extra volts. lol this pc originally started out with a R1300 budget haha
