look for a proggie called "smitfraud.exe"

Download, and reboot the PC into safe mode, run the proggie and choose option 2 (clean in safe mode) when it asks to clean registry, say yes and then when done quit and restart the PC

There are a couple like that, i basically just googled COD4 Wireless network lag and find that!

hmm aftrer some research will have to change some wireless setting's!
Seems it's a fairly common fault and that windows is always searching for new/better server's or something and thus creates the lag gwano!
