Re: So it's been a LONG time. How have your lives changed?
Hi everyone, Its so good to read up and see what everyone is up to now. Some mixed fortunes, I am lucky to say I have had more ups than downs. I was an avid poster here until late 2005 when I moved to the UK to follow my girlfriend at the time. Once in the UK I did not post as much and slowly lost t...

Re: RAM issues with Windows 7
Hi guys, I managed to resolve this issue. I followed the following steps after searching the interwebs: Check the advanced boot options. 1. Go to Start, in the search bar type msconfig and press enter. 2. System Configuration window will open on the screen. 3. Click on tab named "boot". 4....

Re: RAM issues with Windows 7
Thanks Ett, just checked and its enabled already.
Underneath where its enabled it says: PCI MMIO Allocation: 4GB to 3072B
So I'm guessing its a setting in the BOIS thatneeds changeing, do you know what it is?
Thx

Don't get me wrong, decent equipment still goes a long way to capturing a decent basis to work from.
