speedfan should be able to find sensors you never knew you had. it's not what you thinking, a dead spot meaning a place where the combo of fsb and memory divider on a specific multi doesn't work. try push 1 or 2mhz extra on your fsb. you are still within range of your memory frequency. how high have...

well the Zalman coolers are amazing, but they are heavier than the thermalright. what size case do you have, because you will have a problem fitting the 7700 if your PSu is dierctly above the mobo. you need about 2cm space. perhaps water cooling is an option for you, look at sybaritic. i looked for ...

There is another option, but it's kinda shortlived... you need 1x soldering iron, 1x undefined length of solder wire, 1x voltmod guide. then get some dry ice, methanol, and a suitable copper pipe with the correct base and some insulation. the next step is to voltmod everything, then attach copper pi...

Well the general consensus is that the Antec is the better PSU, I don't think you'll need more than the 380w if you're running a single graphics card and you're not running too many hard drives or overclocking a lot. I recommended the Aopen becaise they are < R400. Go for the Antec, you won't be dis...

the rule of thumb for voltage is: don't go over 1.5 volts on Vcore for everyday usage. i have mine at 1.4125v when im at 4ghz. the memory divders are a mystery to me, i can't get mine to work properly at the moment. so i just stick to 1:1, which keeps my memory speeds too slow, i want to push my RAM...

ok, this is not working. what will you be using the system for? have you got RAM already, and if so what RAM is it? what is your total budget? what power supply do you have or want to get? and when do you want or need the system by? it's no use getting a mobo now if it doesn't have PCI-express, beca...

i would recommend the thermalright XP-90, but it needs a 92mm fan and it costs R362 on sybaritic.co.za. but with it you can do great things. it's the recommended heatsink for overclocking on intels. but yet again, get arctic silver, it will save your bottom. if you are seriously ocnsidering overcloc...

Wow, i am dumbstruck! i am not the only person in south africa who has a P5AD2-E mobo? what you are experiencing is a heat transfer problem. you need to remove your stock intel cooler, remove all the remnants of your heat pad and put one small drop of arctic silver5 on your CPU die, then put the sto...
