Hi bYtE The RDP services are enabled and started on all machines. No firewall other than what is on the IP Cop box. Other firewalls are disabled on Windows XP and 2k3 server. Supposed to let you install Mac on a PC. It's a MAC emulator as it were. Havn't really played with it considering I don't have Mac OS X. But in theory it works. Now just to get Mac OS. Hmm, cheaper than MS I see <G>

thanks for the responses :). I found the course on the net site is: http://www.eccouncil.org/CEH.htm . It covers the basic type of stuff :). Well if you can call it that. I know the exams are administered via Sylvan Prometric. Oh well, back to the hunt. Thx again :)

check ftp://ftp.is.co.za/linux/distributions/suse/i386/9.3/. It's the DVD Version. No ISO's unfortunately, a glorious 9.4GB for a full download, 4.3GB for a normal :). Just gotta sort out what you don't need to download. <G>

Nah, it's not a late afternoon. 8) I know what a live DVD is :). It boots Suse from the DVD and runs it as tho it was installed onto the harddrive, but memory usage sores. Oh one more thing, as far as I know there is no issue with Win2k3 Svr and Win 98 working together or even being able to handle active directory stuff. At least none that I've come across in my test environment.

Anakha56, don't know if this issue is sorted but if not poledit can be found on a windows 98 CDRom under %CDROM%\tools\reskit\netadmin\poledit. It's easier if you copy it to a directory. LOL! Very good. And true to an extent. Hehe,I dun have a pic at the mo. To try to explain it has 15 pins, but it is in two rows, not three. Will upload a pic tommorrow. Didn't know there was a Mac place by Sandton square? It does seem to be from and older Mac, I'd say about 1999.

I was recently given a 21" SVGA monitor that is for use with Apple computers, is there any way that I can convert it to be used on a normal PC? The cable as a two row pin set. any help is grealty appreciated.
