Hmm,overall, it's relatively good, but gets infuriating. Initial impressions is excellent and so much potential, but as you play on and on it starts dawning on you all the issues. As said, the damage model is veirtually purely aesthetic, stuff comes off yes but performance is unaffected (Finishing a...

Hey Fallen, does yours look grainier at all? The performance is definately better in the full game but can't help but feel it looks a little more jagged, probably more my system than anything else but just wondering. He he, my mates had one really retarded thing happen, was on a mounted machine gun ...

Do you have any hassles with applications? I'm not sure if it is backwards compatible or not, or if you require an interface platform? whats the deal? It's totally backward compatible with virtually any software you can think, and you'd be surprised how many programs have 64bit variants. Just have ...

Well Cyrsis has a 64bit mode aswell, according to Crytek it provides some performance gains but a Google or says performance is exactly the same.

Agreed with Wikid, besides it's all probably just marketing crap anyway. I really hope that the suit powers can be upgraded in the full version, the energy needs to last longer to be of use. Well it runs on my system, Athlon64 3200+ 2 gigs ram and a 6800GT, but all that crap that doomextreme posted ...

You should have straight cables running from the switch to the pcs, you get switches that autosense and adjust accordingly, but it makes life easier just to have straights. If you can ping the router it means your pcs can connect to it and your problem lies elsewhere. Also, you cant not be using IPs...

Hi there all As the title says, I got a couple of questions and issues with Server 2003... First up, is there a way of having RIS running without a domain controller? I really don't want to set one up but want the RIS. I thought about doing a virtual server on my pc since the server will never handl...

Onboard sound or SB value?

Hi there all I was digging around and rebuild some old pcs when I came across an old Sound blaster Live Value in the one pc. I'm running onboard AC 97 on my pc at the moment, I was wondering whether sound quality would be any better if I used the sound blaster instead? Only problem I see is that the...

I think the idea of wikipedia is great, the topics are left open for those who know what they're talking about to edit it and mistakes can be fixed. However its also wiki's downfall when you get the equivalent of "LOL first post!" or vandalised topics. On the whole I would say its not that...
