BB Tribble NDA as Tribble said it is a bit hectic and now I have to spend almost as much time to find the right sections in the chem handbood as studying them so it sucks a bit and the most annoying thing is that I cant seem to finde some of the reactions in the text book that are in the study guid...

Oh tears of joy... I hate people like that. One rule in a call center is above all... if you log off at 5pm and 04:59pm you get a call you stay until that call is handled and the customer is satisfied. We had a guy who simply put the customer on hold and transfered him back into the hunting group.....
