sorry for my ignorance, but what does this "windows fix for autoplaying cd/dvd's" do? Last I checked windows supports autoplaying cd/dvd's out of the the box.

My one friend got himself a 3800+ dualie, with 1gig Ram, and a Radeon x800GTO. He gets about 5000 3dmark05 points, which i consider alot since i only get 1500

The Radeon 9550 is clock locked unless you us hacked drivers.

I'd recommend the Omega Drivers (http://www.omegadrivers.net/) I'm using those, and I've got my Radeon 9550 running at 9600 speeds (325Mhz, normal: 250Mhz) Haven't overclocked it above that yet.

Yep, Dom is right. If the PC is under warranty and it overheats, then it is the manufactures problem, and they need to improve your cooling.

That is because a SATA drive is hot swappable. This means that it is basically a removable drive.
