Ah wasn't expecting those kinda prices 8O I would say I was looking at a couch for around R1000, so for R1299 it's close enough to R1k. As for a bed I'm not too sure, don't want something to big as it's gonna be attacking by myself and made to hang from the roof, possibly sitting on a platform or on...

Redecorating my room

I've decided my room needs a bit of a make over, at long last. I could probably find this out by going looking in shops but since it's during exams that would waste more time than just asking here ;) I'd like to add a couch, preferably 3 seater, and a new bed to my room (thereby replacing the old on...

Seems pretty good, have not read all of it though will do so later. I don't much like MXit, excellent idea but they need to have WAY more security and safety checks in place. At least moderation for public chat room. After what was in the news about it I expected them to lose users but they didn't s...

Anyone else having problems accessing the Performance Supplements website?

I can access it perfect in Firefox but the site is totally stuffed, someone should volunteer to help them code it for IE/Firefox. But when I try and access it from IE on my PC it just won't load at all :(

This isn't something that should be in the Fore Sale section. Spam section more like it.

I went to Mayhem until they banned DC++ ;)

It's definitely the way to go, just have one person running the server. Or a spare system just sitting and running it don't think it takes up too much resources.

edit: My 3000th post :D

Well decided I'm going to get together with my old training partner for a while in the holidays since he also wants to get some supplements. We've decided on some USN Pure Protein, then some Phedra Cut XT caps (my friend said they worked wonders last time he got them) and then some USN Gaktech Caps,...

From Springbok Pharmacy it that BSN NO-Xplode 1.8lb goes for R420. Not sure how much it is at Dischem.

I just really like the place, have yet to find cheaper anywhere else.

Thanks for the warning. Seems crushing these kinda pills don't work too well.

Why do you say USN are rubbish though? I've never heard anything bad about them before.

Yea I noticed that, was actually interested in the mega anabolic stack from USN, it's about the same thing. But that also has so many pills to swallow.

I thought about crushing them up, did that we Phedra Cut a while ago but it tastes aweful :(

Thanks :) Those all look pretty good.

I generally buy from Springbok Pharmacy, have found them cheaper than anywhere else and they deliver to my area for free.

Only problem with those supplements is that they are capsules, and I can't swallow pills/caps :(

You could always have a look at www.abcbodybuilding.com that's where I get all my information on and they have a lot of info and FAQs about Creatine ;) I used Creatine before, might use it again. The new stuff has no/very little water retention and less side effects than before. Even though it never...

Well when I was on the road this morning I saw the same as usual, fast cars in the reserved lane. No taxis or buses or anything like that.

Made no difference to me at all.

I must say that is true.. I just go for lots of reps on a bit lower weights.. And I can do more now than I could when I had a spotter.

Was pretty surprized when I realised that :)

I've been so lazy recently, have been training alone since my friend wouldn't switch gyms with me.

It's weird but I've actually been improving a lot more since I've been going alone. You don't rely on a spotter that way.

I train at the VA in Bedfordview btw, anyone else go there?

I don't agree with that...

It's much easier for someone to steal your account details if they are stored on the router, well if you have wireless.. Otherwise it's kewl ;)

Is C shared with write access by default or something? :/
